I'm a product and design leader with experience spanning AI-native workflows, product design, visual systems, and creative direction across large-scale digital platforms, enterprise systems, and consumer-facing products. I've operated across director, management, team lead, and senior IC roles — leading multidisciplinary teams, defining product and design strategy, and modernizing how organizations design, build, and scale digital experiences.

My approach combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, from high-level vision through detailed product realization. I've built enterprise design systems, led platform and brand transformations, supported growth and monetization initiatives, and partnered closely with executive leadership to shape product direction and organizational design maturity.

I also teach Mobile App Design and Web Design & Usability at George Mason University, where I've been on faculty since 2012. Outside of work, I've been running Convoy Skateboards since 2005 — a reminder that good design and personal passion aren't mutually exclusive.
